Bookings and Quotes
- All quotes are based on the details provided by the client at the time of request.
- Any changes — such as additional items, restricted access, waiting times, or unforeseen delays — may affect the final cost.
- Bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us (via email or text).
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking when necessary, for example due to safety concerns, vehicle limitations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Payments
- Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. We may require full or partial payment in advance, or payment upon completion.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Payment must be made within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Overdue payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- All prices include VAT (if applicable) unless stated otherwise.
Insurance and Liability
We always handle your goods with care and attention.
We provide insurance for goods in transit; however, this may not cover the full value of your items.
Extended or full-value coverage can be arranged upon request for an additional cost.
We are not responsible for:
- Loss or damage caused by inadequate or improper packing, or by goods packed by the client.
- Damage to fragile or high-value items not disclosed prior to transport.
- Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Our total liability for loss or damage (where applicable) is limited to the amount covered under our insurance policy.
All claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Cancellations and Delays
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted amount.
- If we face unexpected delays, we will contact you promptly and do our best to minimise any disruption.
Client Responsibilities
To help us complete your service safely and efficiently, please ensure that:
- All goods are securely packed and ready for collection.
- Access points are clear for loading and unloading.
- Someone is available at both pickup and delivery locations.
- Any parking permits or fees required are arranged in advance.
- You inform us in advance if any goods contain hazardous materials or require special handling.
Health, Safety, and Environment
We follow all applicable UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards and conduct our operations in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
We aim to reduce our environmental impact through efficient route planning, vehicle maintenance, and eco-friendly practices.
Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously.
Your personal data is used only to manage bookings and deliver our services.
We never share personal information with third parties except as required to complete your service or by law.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full.
